This is how it appeared on the bill
Aetna
billed to insurance: 934.25
Insurance covered: -702.85
Remaining responsibilty: $231.40
So I don't know what kind of nonesense was done.

Yes. It’s absolutely out of control. Family Doc salaries start in the $400k range in many mid west cities now.

Family doc average pay in Iowa is 200k-250k. To say they start at 400k is a bit absurd.
