They initially offered half, but they came back and gave me the full credit and allowed me to keep the generator. I am going to get the generator fixed for 1/3 of what it costs, so worked out pretty well for me.

We buy a ton of stuff from Amazon every month and haven't had any issues. Whenever there have been shipping issues, they have taken care of us.
