There's a nearby King Soopers store (Kroger) in Castle Rock, CO that has
contracted with a bakery in France to send a weekly shipment of various types of frozen dough, which is then baked fresh locally into various breads and pastries. It's really good, but maybe just hiring a French baker with some good recipes would be more efficient and cost effective. But then again, maybe ingredients really do matter.
