Kauai was fantastic - great restaurant list!
I'd add Fillo's in Kapa'a - great taco joint with island flare.
Of all the things we did, hikes, shopping, snorkeling...we loved snorkeling the best. It was just so much fun. In a close second, was our day in Hanalei just hanging on the beach, jumping off the pier...so chill and so fun.
