My breakfast routine was lowfat greek yogurt, with blueberries, 1-2 eggs and 1/2 of a Tillamook pepperoni stick. Follow that with a 30 minute low to mid intensity work out (walk, hike, or weights for me) and that did the trick.
Of course, I cut out soda and any food at all after dinner.
Also, at a lot of spinach salads, with chicken or pinto beans and low fat dressing.
White bread or buns sparingly.
