He gets good guests. He has some pretty good insights on the NBA and soccer. When he sticks to strictly sports, he even does OK talking about BYU at times.

But his blind spot is the LDS church. Any time anything church related comes up, it's as if he loses his mind and believes every conspiratorial stereotype. And maybe he experienced some of that in his life - I don't know. I know his ex-wife, who is still active LDS, as well as his son. Good people. Great people. I don't know what happened to Spence to get him to go so far off the rails when it comes to talking about the church - but something must've hurt him pretty badly.
