Many BYU fans JOKE about not being a good member if you're a Utah fan.
It's meant as the type of good-natured ribbing that should be prevalent in rivalries.
It's also true that (generally speaking) BYU fans don't understand how a good practicing member of the church can actually hate BYU (both the university and the athletic programs), considering the good that BYU tries to do in the world.
