Kids like that need to be patient with themselves and then get an honest

assessment from their coach after their sophomore season. If they there's not a strong chance for them to slide into a significant rotational role by the time they're a junior, then it makes more sense to look for a place elsewhere that can utilize your talents in a more meaningful way.
