I think it has changed a lot, and I think Kalani has helped the guys see how it can be a benefit for them. I also think Kalani has built up some good will from the admin that allows him to handle things more in-house. Now if a guy gets arrested for a DUI, I don't think there is anyway the HCO doesn't get involved, and it turns public, but for other stuff I imagine Kalani has a little bit of discretion as to how it gets handled.
