Intervention Needed
That rule is the dumbest rule in college football. The penalty doesn't fit the crime. I'm ok with a new rule that gives
the offense the ball, 1 and 10 at the 20 ... or some other new idea. But giving the ball to ISU, doesn't seem right to me.

Very good point. Had the ball rolled a yard farther right it would have been a touchback and ISU's ball.
