One meal a day. I drink a small protein shake for breakfast and a larger one for lunch and then one normal meal for dinner and nothing else.
It’s crazy because when I track calories and am in a pretty big deficit I still feel like I lose nothing week to week. What I lose in a week or two could easily come back on in a weekend.
I’m hungry all the time and it kind of sucks but during the work week it’s not too bad. Weekends at home are tough though.
It doesn’t feel like trying to lose weight should have to be so drastic but for me it is.
