almost exactly 100 years ago. He was an MD who was caught by undercover authorities exchanging narcotics for women's underwear and lingerie. I just recently found tons and tons of newspaper articles about it. I'm still so confused why he did it that way and how it all went down.

Even more sad is that this left my grandpa fatherless at a very young age. Now I know why my grandpa used to tell me stories about learning to drive at age 7.
