Utah has struggled, while it might signal the end of the program for some, I just see it as a rebuild with a true frosh.
Based on my limited eye test, Isaac has a better arm, makes better reads, more composure, better pocket presence than any other Utah QB at this stage. He might be a bust...but compared to Travis Wilson, Jordan Wynn, even Tyler Huntley...I think he has exponentially more potential.
Challenge for Utah is if he is really good, they might have a hard time hanging on to him.
