Whitt's always had some glaring problems as a coach:
- He's terrible at developing QBs in general
- Remember when he would switch offensive coordinators every season?
- He runs RBs into the ground by overusing them
Most of his deficiencies have been blindspots on the offensive side of the ball. That being said, yes, they've been successful in the Pac12. That's why I think he's pretty good ... but no, he's not elite in my view.
