I simply don't believe that any are intentional, really. We slow mo them and say

"I can't believe he did that!". But football isn't really in slow motion.

But I am also the guy that doesn't think most late hits are intentional. That most roughing the passer calls are bogus and that the blindside/out of the play rule should be abolished.

Football is a fast game. You can't predict what the other guy will do. And what they do can completely change when and where you hit them, to no fault of your own.
