Lost job this morning. Significant profit sharing left unpaid. Anybody on
Here work in employment law? Or know a good place to start to try and recoup?
I was an executive (VP) in the company. Didn’t sign the severance agreement. No reason other than reduction in force given for termination. Walked out by HR.
Still rattled by everything. Half of the owners didn’t even know. Board decision.
