As it stands right now, of course. Put in a model like BB and will see a little
bit more parity in terms of talent and performance on the field. With NIL any team regardless of conference could catch lightning in a bottle.
The current CFP model and proposed future models aren't about competitiveness or football. They are about money and fear. SEC/B1G fear of losing their status as 1-2; ACC/Big 12 fear of losing their tenuous grip on power; and the other teams fear of getting cut off completely.
