Spend $75 and get her a high quality electric toothbrush. I have 5 kids and

none of them have ever had a cavity. I had loads as a kid and didn't want that for my kids, so I have my kids brush with the electric toothbrushes morning and night. I feel it is quite a bit more effective and the brushing is timed so they can't quite too early. Also get some floss sticks.
