No. It was close but bizarre to argue no contact out of bounds is allowed.
Players make contact in bounds along the edge all the time and are tangled up out of bounds in every game of football.

Rising put himself in a position, leaping into the air in bounds to intentionally ground the ball and is hit. The momentum carries them out of bounds. Again I ask, what is a defender supposed to do? He is not initiating the contact out of bounds. It started in bounds. Do you dispute this? Are you arguing that the Baylor player pushed or shoved Rising once out of bounds? Can you provide video showing this? What led you to that conclusion?
