The OP provided an example of someone earning $150k annually. All my posts have
been in the context of that example.

He was claiming that he couldn’t find a home for under $1M, but there are clearly lots of available options that are half that price or less (both in St. George & Colorado Springs), which should be affordable to someone in that approximate income range. As long as they are willing to live in a place that isn’t 3k+ square with a 3 car garage and a short commute.
