I think the staff was betting on a couple of transfers being a lot more impactful than they have proven to be. So BYU is stuck with an injury plagued roster with some transfers who were not necessarily awesome at their previous schools showing why. Losing Warner finally to the ACL was the frosting on the cake.

Truly this is a rebuilding year. I don't think this team makes it beyond conference play at this point. Too many missing pieces.
