Sounds like the way it should sound. We have a son, daughter and son-in-law that all work from home
Much as you describe.
Sometimes our son goes in just to get out of the house and to not have the kids bother him, but is home 75% of the time most weeks.
Daughter has been WFH for three years now and now the employer is putting a deadline on when they all have to be back in the office FT. They’re getting a lot of pushback but aren’t backing down.
S-I-L has worked from home for 4+ years now and the company just put their building up for sale, going all remote. He’s built for it.

Ha ha. I had the same thoughts. And does it kill people to say what they do? Enough of the "in my industry..."

3-4 hours a day of meetings on Teams. Analysis work and spreadsheets preparing for meetings on Teams. CB time.
