Most of the fleet was old and needed repairs, he had to purchase more trucks. Lots of challenges that were hidden at the sale. He is starting to come out of it, but it has been a crazy 6 months

My FIL owns some routes. Revenue growth was crazy up through early COVID.

Like any business, key is to get routes in a growing area and to try to scale
