People don't make money because they deserve it. They make money by forcing the hand of their employer to pay them more money. College basketball is a business and collectives aren't going to dish out money random. So look at Knell. He's been here for 7 years, married, all his friends are on the team, he's never had a reason to leave. So why would you give him more money if you don't think he has any leverage.
