I'm not "aboard" any train with regards to coaches.
I do not and never will have any say in, control of, or influence on who the coaches are.
That means I don't personally see any value in cultivating arguments about it, but others may see it differently.
To your question, I can't imagine a scenario where this BYU team goes 8-4 and I'm anything less than pleased. Otherwise, I would probably conclude that it was time to step back. I don't have enough bandwidth in my life for a discretionary interest that would be so ultimately unsatisfying.

I don't think that's true for anyone. But how would you feel if BYU went 8-4 and those 4 losses were due to bone headed
