It looks like the recruiting rankings have gone up since last time I checked
This one had them at #3 in the Big 12 and the last time I looked they were at #6.

Really everything Kevin Young has done so far has been absolutely amazing. I do hope it translates into wins. I care a lot more about wins than recruiting rankings. Sometimes high level recruits don't equate to wins. I believe there were eight NCAA players drafted in the lottery last year. Five of those players didn't make it out of the first round including two teammates.
