Hype vs Results. I agree with the spirit of your post. What KY has done is absolutely amazing! I have never been more

excited about the BYU basketball program, but comparing basketball to football just isn't fair for either side. If you want to go that route just look at Colorado football. Big investment/money going into coaches and players and it ended up in a 4-8 season.
