It’s 70%+ fat. It’s a tiny bit of protein for the amount of calories. It’s a
very high calorie food.
It shouldn’t be considered a protein source and people considering it a protein source is all due to bad marketing hype.

Too bad those are almost $4 each. The regular Fairlife with 30g of protein are only $1.75 each at Sams Club.
