If we want capitalism to survive then we need to figure out a way for capitalism to work for 20 somethingd, otherwise

we going to see more and more socialists in the younger generation.

The housing shortage can only be solved though concessions from multiple groups. I'll pay more taxes if it means my kids won't have to pay impact fees on their 1,100 sq ft townhouse.
