I'm in a similar boat. I've got a pretty high protein goal and I'm pescatarian, which limits my options. As a result I supplement as necessary to reach the target.
I used to use Fairlife, but the price adds up and I'd prefer to avoid the plastic containers. Now I only drink them if I need something on the go. At first I replaced it by blending a scoop of protein with almond milk and maybe a little peanut butter, but it was a pain to wash out the blender each time.
Since then I've discovered that a scoop of protein powder in water isn't offensive to me (vanilla is my favorite). And I've found a way to largely avoid clumping without using a blender. I put a scoop of protein powder in a glass and then stir in just a bit of water to make sort of a paste. Once that is mixed I add more water. Not perfect, but it is palatable to me and is a quick and easy way to get 25-30 grams in about 120 calories.
