I bought a Ninja Creami and started making "ice cream" loaded with protein. I would recommend it since it feels like cheating and getting a ton of protein at the same time from foods she may like.

It is even cheaper if you get some protein powder & add enough powder to get 40g. That ends up being like $0.50 or less.
