I guess when you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Neither of those

have any impact on housing prices lol. Or, if they do, it's minimal.

The problem is zoning laws, risk to build homes, interest rates, and demand in rapidly growing areas. LOL no illegal immigrant is competing in your neighborhood to buy a home and driving up prices.
