Don't overcomplicate working out, especially in the beginning.
Working out can be 15 minutes of pushups, crunches, and squats while you start. Then when that gets easier, start doing other things.

You could also run a mile, which will take a maximum of 13 minutes.

The key is finding something you like. Try doing some simple things over a month and see if anything sticks.
