My workout routine has definitely suffered. I get up between 4:30 and 4:45 and either run 3 miles or do a 30 minute Peloton workout. Then I jump in the pool for a few minutes and then get ready for work.
Unless I feel lazy, then I just sleep in until 5:30.
It is a far cry from my 40-50 mile a week running routine of a few years ago.
But I do get much more exercise at work since I am working with my hands and walking all day instead of sitting at a desk like I used to do.
