- They take some horribly staged pictures of your home or use the ones from 10 years ago that are already in the MLS
- They don't update the MLS listing and fail to correct information like schools, churches, square footage, house features, etc.
- They press a few buttons and activate the listing in the MLS.
- They do put a single sign on the corner on the day of your open house. And they go the extra mile to move the cookies from the plastic container to a nice place during the open house.
- They spend more time trying to land new house hunters at your open house than trying to actually sell the house.
