was damage to the car and tried to get me to pay. I produced for them my check-in receipt and told them that the car was looked over by their employee at the time I returned it and here is the receipt with no mention of any damage whatsoever. Whatever occurred must have happened after I returned it as it was inspected by your representative.
I didn't hear from them again. I always now ask for a printed AND an emailed receipt when I drop a car off and throw it in a rental car file.
