Have you all noticed that houses and cars just seem bigger now?
Just a random thought I had,

I saw an old F-150 yesterday, and a couple years ago I was driving by the million dollar homes that are about 1300 sqft just north of LAX (1 mile north on sepulveda) . . . and overall, everything just seems bigger now. I think back to the neighborhood I grew up in, orchards plus old houses with 6-10 kid families are being knocked down or replaced so they can build bigger houses for smaller families of 2-5 kids

I personally like it, having shared a room with 2 siblings at once was not fun . . . I also did a 12 hour road trip sharing a seatbelt with my sister. Both experiences were not fun, so I like that we have more room. But it got me to thinking how LES stadium was built back in the day where people had less room, and now it just feels like we are packed in tight. which got me thinking, is it worth the cost to build a new stadium with more room per person? Or the fact that car prices/home prices are up, but we keep building bigger houses for numerically smaller families. Heck the average car price has doubled in the past 15 years.

Overall I think people should spend their money as they please, but it feels like we are spending a lot of money for space we want but don't need.

Just a bunch of random thoughts
