We have a two story (and basement). We have no problem cooling it. Even in 100+
degree weather, the 2nd story stays nice and cool.
You just have to have the right AC, blower, and overall system.

Almost everyone for the last 30+ years builds two-story houses. I’m one of them. It’s hard to get an upper floor cool.
