This one was TJ Pittinger, an ACC/FSU reporter, while on Drake Toll's Locked on Big 12
Don't think he specified the time frame or called them a lock, just states that he thought Utah would end up in the B1G, better chance than anyone else in the conference
He's not a Utah guy or anything so I think that's why Utah fans are excited to hear it from an outsider. If note also that he's not a B1G guy either though
