I can't and won't stop them from discussing...my team is a team of sales reps
though, so if they wanna get themselves worked up, that's their deal...they know how to get a raise. Anyone butthurt about it has no one to blame but themselves.

You'd want to look at state law on that. My understanding is the law generally protects the discussion of compensation.
