Ok. But over what time frame? When? What you're looking for is predictive value that could translate to a 2024 schedule
in the Big 12.
Utes have won 4 in a row vs. USC. 4-1 vs UCLA. Those are the caliber teams the Big 12 will offer.
The actual teams from the South Utah will play have similar dominance. Utes have 3 in a row vs. ASU. 4-1 vs. AZ, 9-1 vs. BYU and 10-1 vs CU. All in the KW era.
Beat Baylor in Waco last year. Dropped 60 on Iowa State in Ames (2010 though, been a while, Iowa State is much better now). Have both at RES this year.
Utah struggled vs. TCU toward the end of the MWC. TCU is scary but they don't look as tough this year.
Northwestern has Utah's edge but both with backup QBs / RBs. Not really predictive, IMO.

I do. Both Oregon and USC would've been in the CFP had Utah not upset them. No other conference has that dynamic
