That everyone on the team gets an equal and fair share of income from a single source. I think that's great and all, and that might work some place like for a Sun Belt team or something... but Kalani... you are a Head Football coach of a P4 team now. That crap just isn't going to work anymore... and he keeps doubling down on this idea that NIL is not something he is interested in discussing with a recruit. That's just not going to work in today's environment and it's just another reason to add to the list of reasons why Kalani is just not cutting it now and won't ever. There has been enough time to fix recruiting... thank heavens he has Jay Hill because Hill did a masterful job of making Kalani look really good.
