How does the RPI system work?

I assume they have a set number of games and re-evaluate? How is the regular schedule set?

UYFC is known to pass more than Ute conferences, but the top divisions of both

Ute conference does have a “true champion” at every age group. They have the championship bracket, then it is the bowl

Exactly. If the team gets better or worse from the prior year seeding, then it gets reshuffled after the first 4 games.

This is correct. Some B or C teams can be better than some districts A team. For example CC, Herriman, Mountain Ridge
