As a father who just had a son complete his Sr. Season in volleyball, I firmly
Believe he developed better where he went to school as a player than he would have if he played at BYU.
BYU had a Senior in his position his freshman year and then a senior in high school already committed to BYU and be the guy. As much as we wanted him to play there, there just wasn’t room for him.
The Sr in high school didn’t work out and left the program. Decisions by the coaches don’t always work out either. Of course as his Dad, BYU would have won National Championships if they had signed my son. Haha.
Good luck to you and Isaac and we will be cheering him on.
