OTOH, there are some things worth far more than $500K at BYU for a young single male member of the Church. And BYU bag is not empty.

Factor in taxes and weigh that all out.

People toss around numbers as if they know specifics. Is it $500K? Is that per year? Is it guaranteed in writing? Go from there.

I would certainly not pay $500K a year for Dallin Hall. If that is total for his 2 remaining years - maybe I would pay that.
