It'll help blowouts become more interesting because a losing team has a chance

they're not battling the other team AND the clock. If they can focus on stops and get scores they have a chance

When they used it for the NBA all star game the 4th quarter became instantly competitive and interesting (viewership went up dramatically and gameplay became intense).
