Log in and press the unfreeze button.

You just log into each of those accounts and click 'unfreeze'. It's as

You can select to just "thaw" it. In others words, you can select "unfreeze for 3 days". That way you don't have to

I ask whomever is running my credit which bureaus they’re going to run. Then I go and unfreeze it on the bureau’s
