No. It’s certainly a difference. You want your players head solely in the game. Kelce wants to win more than most people in the world. He is a different guy on the field than he is in real life. Reid knows that. Reid wants Kelce in that frame of mind. He saw a block not being made that he felt he would have made

When I coached I had a player I kicked out of practice about every week but when the game was on the line I knew I wanted him in there because he wanted to win more than anyone I coached
