The highest women's coach is probably Diljeet Taylor followed by Jen Rockwood or vice versa. Maybe Heather Olmstead is up there. I don't think the others are making that much especially compared to Big 12 standards. Our women's coaches aren't going anywhere. I can't see BYU paying them much.
I looked up salaries for the women and they're around 300-500,000. WVU offered their WBB coach a half million and she left after one year for Minnesota. BYU isn't paying that. Just sayin'.
