In college (still), players are more team-oriented, and less self-absorbed. Heck, who knows - Robinson may even like it this way. Sit back, take in the pace of the game, come in unlooked-for and take over the game. I absolutely love it. In between sticking with Waterman when I'd all but given up on him, and seeing the value in Trey Stewart when CB was begging for him to be cut - I'm starting to acknowledge that this coach really knows what he's doing. BYU has to be the only team in college basketball who is actually better as a team after the first subs come in.
